We cannot ship to any of the following: hotels, motels and resorts. The weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
UPS shipments are significantly faster, are easily traced should they go astray, and have a guaranteed delivery time. Shipments sent via US Postal Service can take much longer to reach their destination and cannot be tracked. It is your responsibility to insure that your package is delivered to our company for returns or exchanges.
If the order is shipped within the states of Missouri and Illinois, the law requires that local sales tax be added to the order total including the amount of the shipping charge. If you have resale or tax exempt status, please make your order by Phone, since we do not have this option available on our web site as of this time.
We do not collect tax for orders shipped outside of Missouri and Illinois. Shipments to addresses in Missouri are subject to a 6.58 tax rate. Shipments to addresses in Illinois are subject to a 6.25 tax rate.. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in central Missouri.

> Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition.
> All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to USACAMERA.COM within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise.
> In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement.
>If you package arrives damaged…do not accept it.
> All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved.
> We cannot accept merchandise for return with partial or completed warranty cards, damaged or missing accessories or any missing packing material.
> Please do not throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc until you are completely sure you want to keep the equipment.
> Please DO NOT fill out the manufacturer's warranty cards until you are absolutely sure you want to keep your merchandise.
> Keep your Invoice.
> Read all instruction manuals BEFORE using your equipment.
